Description
Manuel Chaves Gonz�lez is a Spanish politician of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party. Since 2009 he has served as the Third Vice President of the Spanish Government, until 2011, and between 2000 and 2012 as the Chairman of PSOE. From 1990 to 2009 he was the President of Junta de Andaluc�a. He is a trustee of the Fundacion IDEAS, Spain's Socialist Party's think tank.
