Kurt Long is an American television actor/comedian who began pursuing acting while in high school. He attended Emerson College where he earned a degree in communications. He moved to Los Angeles when he was hired as a production assistant on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. His acting career started taking off with a recurring role in the 2003 TV sitcom Abby and in a small role in the comedy film Soiree. He has since appeared in a couple of reality shows including Games Across America as host, a recurring role in Scare Tactics, and has guest starred in a number of comedy and drama television series including Miss Match, Cuts and Without a Trace. In early 2007, he landed the co-starring role of anchorman Kurt McNally in the failed news satire show The 1/2 Hour News Hour on the Fox News Channel. After the show's cancellation, Kurt received recurring roles in The Game and CSI: Miami. He also appears in commercials for Pella Windows and Lowe's Home Improvement.
