Francisco Santos Mir, III, better known as Frank Mir, is an American mixed martial artist. Mir is a former two-time UFC Heavyweight Champion. He currently holds the record for most victories and submissions wins in the history of the UFC Heavyweight division and is also the only man in UFC history to win a bout by a toe hold submission. Mir has the record for most UFC fights in the Heavyweight division. He is the first man to knock out and submit Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu legend Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira via submission. As of September 12, 2014 he is #11 in UFC's official Heavyweight rankings.
