Description
Martin Wimbush is a British actor of stage, television and film.
Born in London, Wimbush trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama between 1967?69, and then worked extensively in regional theatre, before going into television and then later into film.
His television appearances include Upstairs, Downstairs, The Glittering Prizes, Happy Ever After, Agony, Educating Marmalade, No Problem!, Terry and June, Boon, Lovejoy, Hale and Pace, Then Churchill Said to Me, The Old Curiosity Shop, A Dance to the Music of Time, Vanity Fair, Randall & Hopkirk, Micawber, The Iron Duke, The Lost Prince, Born and Bred, Cape Wrath, Garrow's Law, EastEnders, and Hustle.
Wimbush appeared in the films Orlando, Gangster No. 1, Mean Machine, Bridget Jones's Diary, Ali G Indahouse, Wimbledon, The Iron Lady, and Scar Tissue.
