Description
Carlotta Montanari is an Italian film actress and producer, former TV host and journalist. She was born in Rimini, Italy. Her parents divorced since she was little, her father was in the construction field and her mother in clothing business. Carlotta has one older sibling, Tomaso. Montanari attended and graduated at Federico Fellini Institute of Visual Arts in Riccione and later Communication Sciences and Journalism at University La Sapienza Rome. She attended the international acting school Actor's Center in Rome, and later worked with teachers of the Actors Studio in Los Angeles including Penny Allen, Martin Landau, Mark Rydell, Lou Antonio, and Allan Miller, who also coached Meryl Streep, Dustin Hoffman, Geraldine Page, and several acclaimed International actors.
She is fluent in English, Italian and speaks some Spanish.
Carlotta Montanari has been helping and supporting over the years several Charity Initiations, Events and Causes. Carlotta supported the America: A TRIBUTE TO HEROES charity telethon for victims of 9/11.
