Mark Clattenburg is an English professional football referee, who officiates primarily in the Premier League, and for FIFA. He was born in Consett, County Durham but is now based in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne. He is a member of the Durham County Football Association.
Clattenburg has refereed a number of notable matches, including the Football League Cup final in February 2012, the 2012 Olympics men's final, and the FA Community Shield match in 2013.
