Trevor van Riemsdyk is an American professional ice hockey defenseman for the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League. Van Riemsdyk played college hockey with the New Hampshire Wildcats in the NCAA Men's Division I Hockey East conference. In his sophomore year, van Riemsdyk's outstanding play was rewarded with a selection to the 2012-13 All-Hockey East First Team. On March 24, 2014, van Riemsdyk agreed to terms with the Chicago Blackhawks on a two-year entry-level deal. He made his National Hockey League debut on October 9, 2014, against the Dallas Stars.
