Description
Moe "The Toe" Racine is a former placekicker and offensive lineman for the Ottawa Rough Riders from 1958-1974 of the Canadian Football League. He was a part of four Grey Cup winning teams with the Rough Riders. Was inducted to the Canadian Football Hall of Fame - Class of 2014
