Raymond C. Setlakwe, CM is a Canadian entrepreneur, lawyer, and former senator. Born in Thetford Mines, Quebec, of Armenian descent, he received a Bachelor of Arts from Bishop's University and an L.L.L from Universit� Laval. He was summoned to the Senate in 2000 on the advice of Jean Chr�tien and represented the senatorial division of The Laurentides, Quebec. He was a member of the Liberal caucus and retired at the age of 75 in 2003. He is married to Yvette Bourque, daughter of John, and has four children.
