Martin "Marty" Mulligan is a former tennis player from Australia. He is best remembered for reaching the men's singles final at Wimbledon in 1962, where he was defeated by fellow Australian Rod Laver 6?2, 6?2, 6?1. One British newspaper wrote, "Beaten? He was crushed, annihilated, steamrollered out of a match in which he never had a chance but never gave up hope."
