Description
Susan "Susie" Silvey is an English actress, dancer and model of the 1970s and '80s.
Educated at the Harrow School of Art, Silvey studied ballet for five years, jazz dancing and tap dancing for three years, as well as operatic singing with Wyn Spruce, and the Stanislavsky Method at the Actors' Centre in London. She was a dancer for two years on Top of the Pops in the 1980s.
Her television appearances include The Dick Emery Show, Terry and June, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Emery Presents:Legacy of Murder, Smiley's People, Jemima Shore Investigates, Never the Twain and The Odd Job Man.
Silvey's other television work includes appearances on the Stanley Baxter Show, the Kenny Everett Show, the Dave Allen Show, The Professionals, The Kelly Monteith Show, Cannon and Ball, Little and Large, Cuffy, was a regular for two years on The Two Ronnies, was a dancer for two years on Top of the Pops, EastEnders, Harry Enfield's Television Programme, Alphonzo Bongo, the Les Dawson Show, The Chinese Detective, The Late, Late Breakfast Show, The Bill and Rumpole of the Bailey.
