Description
Richard Fuller was an English banker and politician.
Fuller was the third son of Rev. Joseph Fuller, a Baptist minister of Harwell in Berkshire.
He became a banker in London, initially in partnership with Frazer Honywood, and later as head of Fuller, Baker, and Halford, in Cornhill.
At a by-election in 1764, he was elected unopposed as a Member of Parliament for Steyning, falling the vacancy caused by Honywood's death.
At the 1768 general election he was returned unopposed for Stockbridge, and held that seat until the 1774 general election.
