Description
The Hon. Robert James Kenneth Peston is a British journalist. From February 2006, he was the Business Editor for BBC News. He became known to a wider public with his reporting of the late-2000s financial crisis, especially with his scoop on the Northern Rock crisis. On 17 October 2013, he was appointed as Economics Editor for BBC News but continued as Business Editor as well until his replacement Kamal Ahmed took over the post on 24 March 2014.
