Hugh Skinner is an English actor best known for playing Joly in the 2012 film Les Miserables. He is a graduate of Eastbourne College and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. He played Felix Clare in Tess of the d'Urbervilles, Lionel Mountstuart in Any Human Heart, Barnes in The Wipers Times, and Will Humphries in W1A. He also guest starred on Law & Order: UK and Bonkers, and appeared in Day of the Dead and the short film A Bloody Muddle. He also starred in two radio plays, both released by Big Finish Productions: The Confessions of Dorian Gray: The Heart That Lives Alone and Missing Persons: The Winning Side.
