Robert Franklin "Duggar" Baucom is an American college basketball coach and the current head men's basketball coach at the Virginia Military Institute. Baucom was hired as the VMI head coach following the 2004?05 season. He was previously the head coach at NCAA Division II Tusculum College. Before becoming Tusculum's head coach, Baucom served an assistant at Davidson, Western Carolina and Northwestern State.
At the conclusion of the 2013?14 season, Baucom's career record is 140?140 in Division I and 37?19 in Division II.
