Ralph Dale Earnhardt Jr. is an American stock car racing driver and team owner. He is the son of NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Sr. He is also the grandson of both NASCAR driver Ralph Earnhardt and stock car fabricator Robert Gee, the half-brother of former driver Kerry Earnhardt, the uncle of driver Jeffrey Earnhardt, the stepson of Teresa Earnhardt and the older half-brother of Taylor Earnhardt-Putnam. Earnhardt Jr.'s success at the Daytona International Speedway throughout his career, has earned him the nickname as the "Pied Piper" of Daytona. Earnhardt, Jr. is a two-time Daytona 500 winner, with his victories coming exactly 10 years apart, and has won the Most Popular Driver Award eleven times.
