Steve Rogers a.k.a. Steve Lewis is an English actor and screenwriter. He was born in London.
He studied acting at the American Theatre Arts under Don Eitner and Bette Ferber and the Actors Studio in Los Angeles. His first television appearance was in 1982 on Radio Phoenix playing the role of "record rep" Roger. His first movie role was playing Barry Sheene's racing mechanic in Space Riders. He has also performed in Lovejoy, King & Castle, Big George is Dead, and numerous commercials.
In 1992 he formed Theatre East, best known for the critically acclaimed production The Strike of 1889, which he co-wrote. Later co-writing the novel The Price of a Cigar, based on the play. In 1998 he directed the movie Red Mercury. [More at Wikipedia]
