N�ng ??c M?nh is a Vietnamese politician and was the general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the most powerful position in the Vietnamese government, from 22 April 2001 to 19 January 2011. Although his official biography states that his parents were T�y peasants, it has long been rumoured that M?nh is the son of former North Vietnamese leader H? Ch� Minh.
M?nh was born in C??ng L?i, Na R� District, B?c K?n Province. His own son is N�ng Qu?c Tu?n, party secretary for B?c Giang Province. [More at Wikipedia]
