Brett Davern was born and raised in Edmonds, Washington. Brett's love of theater and acting started at Madrona elementary school in Edmonds. He then attended Edmonds-Woodway High School. During his Sophomore through Senior summers he would travel to Stagedoor Manor Theatrical Training Center in upstate New York, one of the most exclusive summer camps for the performing arts. Davern credits his time at Stagedoor and his influences from middle school and high school teachers with his attempting an acting career at all. After completing high school Davern enrolled at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. Upon graduating from AMDA he lived and auditioned in the city, before landing the lead role in his first film Beautiful Ohio. He then moved to Los Angeles where he currently resides.
