Meilen Tu is a former American professional female tennis player. Tu was born in Tarzana, Los Angeles, California to Taiwanese parents. Tu has won one WTA Tour singles title, four WTA Tour doubles titles, four ITF Women's Circuit singles titles and three ITF Women's Circuit doubles titles. At the 2006 DFS Classic, June 12?18, Tu reached the semi-finals but she lost to Vera Zvonareva, who then won the title. She currently works as an agent for Lagard�re Unlimited Tennis, working closely with players such as Victoria Azarenka, Caroline Garcia, Zhang Shuai, Chang Kai-Chen, Francoise Abanda and James Duckworth. Tu is currently married to Sam Sumyk, who coaches Azarenka.
