Burton Evan Rocks, born in New York City, is an American writer, producer and sports attorney/agent. He is the co-author of the New York Times bestselling book Me and My Dad: A Baseball Memoir. Co-authored with New York Yankees outfielder Paul O'Neill, it details O'Neill's relationship with his father and how they bonded over baseball. The book made the New York Times bestseller list June 29, 2003 and was given critical acclaim by Andrea Cooper, the New York Times Book Review as well as actor Billy Crystal,. Rocks has collaborated on books with noted sports personalities Clyde King, Bob Feller, Andy North, Carl Erskine, and Steve Lyons, and has collaborated with celebrated actor Jack Klugman on his memoirs. The book celebrated the friendship, both on and off camera, that Klugman shared with actor Tony Randall. Produced the Jim Bouton charity roast at the Friars Club In 2006, Burton and Andrew Goodwin co-founded the company Chatwithastar.com, which subsequently unveiled the first Blogmobile, a mobile luxury bus designed to showcase blogging as mainstream.
