Donna Milner is a Canadian writer.
She was born in Victoria BC and raised in Vancouver BC. She lives in Rim Rock Lake, British Columbia, with her husband Tom. She wrote and published the books After River, The Promise of Rain, and Somewhere in Between. She is often called the "Oh, so Canadian author.
