Jorge F�bregas is a former Major League Baseball catcher who played for eight teams during a nine-year major league career. He is an alumnus of the University of Miami. Drafted by the California Angels in the first round of the 1991 Major League Baseball Draft, F�bregas made his MLB debut with the California Angels on April 24, 1994. He played his final MLB game, at the age of 32, on September 27, 2002, with the Milwaukee Brewers. F�bregas played for the California/Anaheim Angels, Chicago White Sox, Arizona Diamondbacks, New York Mets, Florida Marlins, Atlanta Braves, Kansas City Royals and Milwaukee Brewers With the exception of two seasons during his nine-year career, F�bregas was a back-up catcher. His career batting average was .241 and he had 23 career home runs.
