Jermaine Junior Jones is a German-American soccer player who plays as a Central midfielder for the New England Revolution in Major League Soccer and the United States National Team.
He has previously played for Eintracht Frankfurt, Bayer Leverkusen, Blackburn Rovers, Schalke 04, and Be?ikta?.
He was born in Germany and represented them at U21 and senior level. However, he was not a regular in the team. As his father was an American, and Jones had not played a competitive match for Germany, he was eligible to represent the United States. He made his debut for them in 2010 and played at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, scoring a notable goal against Portugal. [More at Wikipedia]
