Cynthia Bailey, 43, was born in Tuscumbia, Alabama and moved to New York City when she was 18 years old to pursue her dream of modeling with nothing more than a high school Homecoming Queen crown and a few beauty pageants under her belt. Her first booking was the cover of Essence, but that was only the beginning. From there, Cynthia appeared in major fashion features, to the runways in the Paris and Milan Fashion Weeks, to starring in a movie opposite Sandra Bernhardt (Without You I'm Nothing), to guest roles on New York Undercover and The Cosby Show.
