Dexter Ryan Cambridge (born January 29, 1970) is a Bahamian professional basketball player. A 6'7' (2.01 m) and 224 lb (102 kg) forward, he had a brief career in the National Basketball Association in early 1993 when he played for the Dallas Mavericks.
